The old 30 cm wide lockers were replaced with our space-saving locker solution. With the purchase of 34 smart locker room systems, the hospital company created 455 new changing stations at both locations. However, there was one hurdle to overcome during delivery and installation. The ongoing operation of the hospital could not be interrupted. The changing rooms had to be emptied, electrical installations carried out, walls repainted and the Zippsafe systems installed without interrupting the daily hospital operations. Together with the GKG in the district of Bamberg district, Zippsafe found a suitable solution. During the clearing and renovation work, the systems were stored in a special place: in the chapel's robotic room in the Steigerwaldklinik. Thanks to the temporary storage, the day-to-day business could be maintained, and a smooth installation was guaranteed.

In addition to the smart locker solution, the two locations in Scheßlitz and Burgebrach also rely on smart management. ZippManager is used to maintain an overview of the locker bag occupancy at both locations at all times. The software maps the occupancy of the locker rooms and an employee can be assigned a bag with just a few clicks.

Zippsafe therefore not only creates more space in the locker rooms in the long term. It also makes the administration process more efficient and simpler. And if difficulties should suddenly arise during the commissioning of the systems, we have always found a solution.
