As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to production, assembly, and logistics. Your mission is to build a world-class global supply chain to meet our growing international demand and help us scale to 1 million users worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead the Supply Chain business unit, including Procurement, Production, and Logistics departments

  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on international supply chain best practices to achieve objectives and key results for the business units aligned with company goals

Operational Excellence:

  • Continuously improve processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain

  • Build and maintain a dynamic network for manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and installation to meet production and delivery targets

  • Manage procurement:

    • Oversee supplier performance, frame contract management, etc.

    • Take part in key negotiation rounds

    • Support building new supplier networks

  • Create effective monitoring tools to measure key performance indicators across the whole supply chain

  • Ensure quality assurance across all departments and

Financial Controlling:

  • Establish and improve KPIs to better control the performance of plants/ hubs

  • Work closely with finance and controlling teams to provide reports, carry out checks, and optimize the supply chain from a financial perspective

  • Participate in yearly budget planning and manage allocated budgets

Risk and Sustainability Management:

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies

  • Lead sustainability initiatives to make the supply chain more eco-friendly

Technology Integration:

  • Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency

  • Operate, improve, and enforce ERP system usage and processes supporting companies' ambition to digitize and automatize

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including other departments, suppliers, partners, and customers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Logistics, Business

    Administration, Supply Chain Management)

  • 7+ years of experience in international Procurement/Supply Chain management

  • Experience working closely with finance and controlling, with an ability to view and optimize the supply chain from a financial perspective

  • Proficient in ERP systems and international logistics

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Strong negotiation skills in English and Hungarian

  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various challenges

Nice to have extra qualifications:

  • Experience in the implementation and operation of ISO9001 and similar standards

  • Education in finance and/or controlling

  • Experience in building and maintaining effective quality management systems

  • Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

  • Change management experience

  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments

  • Fluency in German
