Zippsafe brings with Dr. med. Anja Oswald, MBA, an experienced manager and board member with proven industry knowledge in the healthcare market and an international network on the board of directors. At the General Assembly last week, Dr. med. Anja Oswald, CEO of a Basel private clinic, has been newly elected to the Board of Directors of Zippsafe AG. Originally working as a specialist in orthopedic surgery and traumatology as well as sports medicine, Oswald completed the Executive MBA in Business Administration at the University of Rochester-Bern and held various management positions in business and administration. With her know-how, her innovative spirit and her experience in the startup environment, she supports the further development of the start-up company on a product as well as organizational level. The board member of an international company adds Zippsafe AG's board of directors to the implementation of the international expansion plans, not least in view of the upcoming growth financing.
High demand from the healthcare sector
The start-up company has developed a space-saving, textile locker solution for personal wardrobes, which means there is great demand, especially in the healthcare sector. In the past month, among other things, the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur was equipped with Zippsafe locker room solutions for over 2,000 employees. In order to further meet industry-specific needs, as well as against the background of current product developments in the field of IOT-enabled, flexible storage solutions in hospitals, Dr. med. Anja Oswald also brings valuable industry knowledge to the Board of Directors.
